With this in mind, if you personally refer someone to us and we recruit them, providing they successfully pass their 3 month probation period we will pay you:
If you refer a Trainee/Assistant – £1,000
If you refer an Intermediate – £2,000
If you refer a Senior/Associate Director – £3,000
If you refer a Director – £5,000
You will receive your bonus in the salary following their probation review.
It is important to make HR aware that you have referred someone to ensure you get your bonus.
