The EDGE mantra has always been ‘if the business does well, everyone benefits’ and there is no better demonstration of this than the end of financial year reward.
If the business hits its overall target by the end of the financial year in June, then everyone gets rewarded.
In the early days this was always a ski trip, taken the following March, fully funded by the business including gifting the days off to enable people to take part.
The ski trip now holds legendary status among the wider team but as we grow it’s been recognised that the ski trip is not for everyone. This is why there is always an alternative or two on offer for those that don’t want to join us on the slopes or simply cannot go.
It is important to note that this reward is available to all, no matter when you joined the business, even if you joined after the end of the financial year, you will always be included. This is just one of the many things that supports our culture of inclusivity and demonstrates how EDGE values its people.
