After five years continuous service you will be given one additional holiday day. You will be given one extra day each year after this until a maximum of thirty days is reached.
The extra day will be granted in the January of the year following your five year anniversary.
For example:
Start date = 6 April 2020
Five Years’ service reached = 6 April 2025
Additional day leave granted = 1 Jan 2026
