You will be automatically enrolled into the company pension scheme after 3 months of employment. The scheme is held with Royal London and EDGE historically pays over and above the minimum contribution required by law
% Contributions
You will be enrolled with a 5% employee contribution as standard. However, you can increase your % contribution at any time by letting Daniel Moore (Company Accountant) know, in writing.
Salary Sacrifice
EDGE gives the opportunity for its employees to pay pension contributions via salary sacrifice. You are given the chance to opt in or out once per year. EDGE cannot advise whether you should opt in or out as we cannot be seen to be giving financial advice, it is your responsibility to seek third party advice.
